How to remove coral from rock

I have some paly grandis That I want to remove from the live rock they are attached to. What is the best way ?

I also have several red bubble tip nems I want to remove from the live rock.

I was told and I just used aptasia x the other day. you put it all over the mouth of the paly and just wait it is killing them slowly just don't get it on anything else in the tank they tell you in the instructions to turn all the water off so no water movement at all and wait at least 15 mins before water movement again. Its slowly working I had some pest plays taking over my sps and growing on my sps killing them so I'm glad to kill the palys

Oopse no.these are nice large palys. I want to save them and not kill any of them. I'm just not sure how to remove them without harming them.

ohhh sorry i read it wrong....

get a flat screwdriver and shave the rock under the mat of the palys and take an IceCube to the foot of the bubble tip and try to get it to release

Ice cube and a credit card worked for me on the bubble tips.....eventually lol

Pointing a power head at it worked well for me. Especially if you can't get at the foot too easily. It can take a few hours but it's pretty easy to just check on it every so often.
