Hello,

Due to neglect on my part, my tank is being overrun by Green Star Polyps. I need to remove them from some of my live rock. I was wondering what is the easiest and/or proper way to due this, short of swapping the rocks out. Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Thanks!

The polyps have completed covered some rock, and are even growing on some LPS corals where I will need to remove them without removing LPS coral

I hear a fluke tab will kill GSP.. and some other corals such as blue clove polyps and leather corals. If its really bad and you want all the GSP gone, it maybe drastic but an option.. do some research first though.

Call up Freddy Krueger to scrape them off!

But seriously, a fingernail or sharp knife. GSP is best to leave on glass and not let it get to rock OR put it on a rock that is its own island
