How to request for more compact packing

hi,

I purchased a Kent Marine Sea Squirt and Short Handle Cleaner from you site a whle ago. I'm happy with the services procided.

However is it possible to request the packaging to be more compact?

I actually stay in Singapore and send the items to a forwarder. Due to the very generous packaging, I have to pay for 10kg worth of shipping (due to its volume) for 2 items with net weight less tha 1kg. This more than triple my initial estimated cost.

We have to use packaging that meets UPS's packing standards to ensure that the package arrives safely and qualifies for insurance. If you have special packing requests, just mention that in the customer comments. We'll try to use the smallest box that meets our shipping standards.
