how to setup a mantis shrimp tank

hi all how would i setup a mantis shrimp tank? the tank will be 5-10g and will have some live rock and a filter and substrate. is their any prefered way to cycle a tank for a mantis shrimp and are their anyways to make the cycle go faster like putting some water from my 7.5g nano into it and some of the substrate from it into the mantis tank?

I bought Mantis.

I bought substrate on the way home from a different store.

I got out the 10g hospital/quarentine tank when I got home and put sand and new ro/di water in.

Pulled out 2 pieces of live rock from my main tank and placed in mantis tank.

Put on a small hang on the back filter and a normal out put florecent light.

Total time was less than 2 hours.
