i get them shipped to me, loose ( with root ball) in water, priority shipping, with heat pack if needed...from florida to ohio, arrive fine here anytime i do it..the people the plant is going to need to know these arent your typical plant, the way this grows is alot of times the new )older) plant dies off, looses its "needles" and at that time is usually sending off new shoots, that plants may disappear, but new plants will show up in the tank elsewhere from "runners" it sent off...so if they think it is dead...dont yank it
