How to wean onto frozen when can't catch live?

I have a baby goby/sea robin (not sure) that I'm attempting to raise. He's a smidge over half an inch long, and I'm feeding him by putting chaeto from my tank into his tank. Problem is, I can't see his food without very close inspection, so I can't tell how much food he has. I also can't catch any live food to mix with the frozen and make him want to eat frozen.
I'm trying to feed him Cyclop-Eeze... I doubt it's too large for his mouth. Any suggestions?

That's not quite my problem.
The way you wean a fish from live to frozen is you offer live and frozen at the same time, and hopefully they taste the frozen and realize it's food. I didn't have a way to do so, since his food was scattered.
Man. I should stop trying to post at night. I make no sense.
Today I bought some bottled copepods (an orange kind) and added them to the tank next to Cyclop-Eeze. Now he's eating Cyclop-Eeze. Problem solved.
