How would you handle this.

My LFS has been holding two Heniochus depheutes for 6 weeks due to a lymphocytosis infection. They have been kept in a previously coral only four foot 120 gallon tank for the entire 6 week period. That tank actually belongs to an employee that is keeping it there during a move. The fish have no signs of lympho now.

Would this alter your QT procedure at all? My available QT is only 20 gallon and I'm a little concerned about triggering a flare up of their lympho due to the stress of two fairly good sized fish in such a small tank. I am confident in the biofiltration of that tank though.

Would you do your normal routine or alter it in any way? Low dose copper (0.35) ok for these butterflies?

The lympho would be the least of my concern, the risk of a parasite entering the display is far greater of importance. QT regardless.

Absolutely. Was just wondering if 6 weeks observation in a fallow tank would affect anything. I'll do my usual QT including copper.
