huge dump or its stomach?

Came home and my carpet had something black in its mouth. I thought originally a snail fell on it, but it wasn't. The giant black thing is coming more and more out of its mouth. Foot is still firmly attached to the rock, but the tentacles have shorted. Please tell me it is not extracting its stomach....

holy ****, its a leg of my huge bristle starfish. I havent found him yet...I wonder if the anemone ate the whole thing, or if the starfish broke off that leg and hid.

Is that normal for a carpet to eat a starfish?

That is pretty intense. Carpets are notorious for eating anything it physically can eat.

crap, that things is a beast, when i had my anemone i had to shove things right in front of it's mouth for it to eat!

same thing happened after my blue haddin ate longnose butterfly...the smell in the tank..yew..:hmm4:

Yea..I helped it extract the starfish (hopefully only a leg, couldnt find the rest of um last night) and removed it from the tank. The anemone went back to normal. It did really smell bad. I changed my carbon last night.
