Huge mushroom rock 4 sale

I've got this big mushroom rock that I got at Shear Heaven about a year and a half ago. I paid $100 and I'd like to get a fair exchange for the rock. I'm willing to take the $100 or an sps/lps trade or $25 and a rock (that's cured and pest free) of the same size. Or I'll sell the mushrooms off for $5 each. The reason I'm getting rid of it is because the mushrooms are spreading and stinging my sps. It's starting to get out of control like xenia all over my tank.
