Huge Reef tank in Sea World

i will be at the discovery cove this coming weekend i'm hoping they have finished the reef lagoon that you actually can snorkel in !

I was there 2 years ago and they had a huge lagoon full of marine fish, rays, etc. that you swim with. I don't remember there being any live coral though. But yeah, it's there and it was pretty cool. Doesn't hold a stick to a nature though.

My wife and I swam in it one last time before we left, which happened to be during feeding time and we were swimming in the opposite direction of all of the fish coming to the feeding zone. I will tell you that swimming directly at like 20 gigantic stingrays is a strange feeling. Very cool though.

i was there a year and a half ago and then again a few months ago and the tank has matured quite a bit over the span of a year and a few months. they've got some large colonies and some nice fish, it's a nice sps tank. they also have a ton of other tanks under manta including a HUGE shark/ray tank, an anemone/clownfish tank, pacific octopus, seahorse, and a few others.
