I just recently got a Hydor Mag 6 pump/powerhead to place in the tank. It works like a champ. I have a 125G reef w/lots of rock. I had purchased some hydor 4's when the tank first went up- but the magnets would not hold thru the glass. This one does very nicely. Has a nice stream, steady, no noise or vibration. Also does not come with the extra little piece that flies off the end when the pump is turned on. This one has a 'grate' built it. So all for this pump price + quality = I'll give it a 9. I'll wait a few weeks before I may want to say 10. Only drawback- its as big as your favorite coffee cup you use on your day off!
