Hydroid or aiptasia?

Any idea what these are? Are they bad? If so do I need to kill them somehow?

I'm guessing aiptasia because they suck in when you touch them. I haven't added anything to the aquarium in over a year. I had to dose with Furan-2 a couple of weeks ago and then they appeared.

Just remove the rock if possible. Hydroids are a lot easier to kill than aiptasia. They can't totally disappear into the Rock. Best to deal with them early though

Another option is to just smother them with some epoxy. It would basically be like covering them up with chewed bubble gum. GL.
