Hypo salinty question

This is a bit of a long winded question.I have a potter wrasse that has been in my QT hypo 90 gallon tank ( Had it set up as a display tank before my upgrade to a 180 gallon tank )for about 10 days and is doing very well ( eating mostly mysis and some other frozen food every day) . I included a sand bed with some live rock in this QT tank.I know it is recommended to have a bare bottom , but with a potter wrasse I wanted to have some sand and some live rock. It went through a bit of an amonia spike with the change in salinty , but using the seachem Stablity product it established the bio filter at .09 salinty without stressing out the wrasse. My question is that I like to add a male and female leopard wrasse ( macro pharynegodon meleagris ) to the qt tank and just extend having all the wrasse in the QT tank for another 45 or 60 days, but wanted to know if a very slow acclimination from a .19 from the wholeseller as I plan to be at the fish store when it arrives from the wholeseller to .09 can be done , or do I need a separate tank and bring it down a quarter each time over 2 days. I was told fish acclimate very easily when the water they are going into is at a lower salinty than a higher salinity. I like to minimize any stress by putting the fish in a larger more established tank if possible.

From my experience, fish can go straight down to 1.009 without issues. I never had any.

Most literatures recommend taking 2 days to go down to 1.009 since some fish are more sensitive to changes in water chemistry. As long as you take care in matching pH and temperature, you should be able to put the new fish straight into the 1.009 QT.
