I am completely creeped out. ( Video and picture is being attempted)

I was looking at my liverock tonight and I thought I was seeing things. What appeared to look like a single tentacle of a long-tentacled anemone was reaching out of a hole in the liverock and extending 5 times its original size and picking at the rockwork around it. I quickly grabbed the camera and flicked on the lights in the room to get a picture of it or maybe a video and then almost immediately it sucked back into a white ball like thing. I don;t know if anyone has heard of this kind of thing but please give me some info I am trying to get a video of it to show all. It is very strange

Peanut worm maybe?

It is some kind of Sipulnid ( spelling is off) worm. It looks just like a peanut worm, but white and inside the rock there are no other entries except that hole. Unless and tunnely maze from the back of the rock but it doesn't seem like that kind of rock

Skier1 thanks for that site it actually says some peanut worms bore into rock and now it makes sense.

But now i am worried because I see these small white bugs on the glass that have the shape round-arrow shape as some of the flatworms on their. They are in the same areas as my copepods any advice ?
