I can no longer dwnld Log Data

I have lost the ability to download log data to my laptop. I have checked the troubleshooting guide and the direction in the manual and everything is set as it should be. Any suggestions?
I use the ACII.
 
For AquaNotes support please send an email to support@neptunesys.com. Please include the name, phone number, 12 digit authorization code, version of AquaNotes, and build number. The last 3 can be found in the help->about AquaNotes window.
