I can no longer dwnld Log Data

I have lost the ability to download log data to my laptop. I have checked the troubleshooting guide and the direction in the manual and everything is set as it should be. Any suggestions?
I use the ACII.

Sorry for posting the above. After another close scrutiny of my set up the issue was an operator error or AKA 1d10t error.
