I don't know whats going on.

Well I am worried right now.

I recently got mey Perc just yesterday. He hasn't really been eating that much other than like about 4 pellets of food. Today I go out to see the Indy movie and when I get back home I come to look in my tank and my perc is on his side in the back not moving! I thought he was dead for a minute! So I put m turkey baster in there to see if hes dead or not and he starts to move. He swims around the back for a minute at the highest he can be in the tank, and very lathargic. So I get really worried and decided I needed an emergency water change. So I do a 30% water change. He starts swimming very fast along the front of the tank and ran into the wall. He did this for about 3 minutes, back and forth. Now he is somewhat in a vertical position and swimming to the top and then falling back down.

Some help would be nice =(

The symptom your clownfish is showing can result from many different problems. The fish would be considered "moribund" which basically means close to death. Once a fish reaches that point, it is usually impossible to reverse things enough to fix the problem, in fact, the fish may be dead already since you posted your message seven hours ago.

What you need to do now is damage control - are there other animals in the tank? If so, you need to make sure they will not be affected by the same problem. The first thing you could do would be to post your tank's full water chemistry data; ammonia, nitrite, pH, temperature and specific gravity.

The only thing I can deduce from your post is that this is a very small, brand new aquarium - that is not something that I would add a clownfish to at this time.
