Here is what I am looking for.

Acrylic or glass tank ( Starphire low iron glass all sides)
96x24x25
or
96x24x31

I can’t make up my mind if I should go with acrylic or glass

What dos every one think and where should I get it ?

Glass â€"œ easy to clean ,harder to scratch , but heave , harder to drill holes later if needed
( unless you the right two guys to do it for you )

Acrylic â€"œ easy to drill , clearer ,and lighter .But easier to scratch and harder to keep sides clean.

I would look at the company that Kim got his tank from, although they are in Canada so you need some lead time.

I personally would go with a glass tank, they are heavier but I think that in the long run they are worth the extra trouble to get them set into place.

ok where is all my buddies from the club ? with their advice !
Kim where did you get your tank ?
I am getting itchy to make a decision .
and I know you guys like to give advice

I would get a hold of Jim and see if he had Kim's phone #. I might have it around here too. I'll have to look.

Thanks I just e-mailed Kim I will see if he responds If not I will call Jim for his number

Hey bigger tank sounds like a project. Kim just called to get your number so he's on the way. I never knew the old guy had a special tank until he called.

Jim

I would go with glass myself personally.

As for drilling, next time we will use a hole drill bit as I hear those work nice and been wanting to experiment.
