I am the cause of the algae. I let some sea weed sit in my tank to long and it just came apart and i could not get it all out of my tank. I want to know how long can i let it stay in the tank before i need to pull it out because the tang does not just go and eat it all he or she like to peck at it all day. I have been leaving it on the clip for 2 hours now and then pulling it. Also how do i get this hair algae off my rocks i have tried pulling it off and brushing it off and it does not come off. :furious: I am to the point of pulling the rock out and taking my blow torch to it.
I hate GHA. How do i remove it.
