10k very white/yellow light great for growing, not so great for viewing.
20 very blue, slow growing but nice on the eyes.
14k/15k is a happy medium, not much difference in spectrum between the 2.
So in answering your question, the 14k would be slightly better, but not so much to justify changing bulbs.
