This is my tank as of 2 days ago:

Looking better. Just make sure you keep up on the water changes and whatever else you did to cause that or you are going to see all the nastys come right back.
 
yeah, hes about 3 feet tall with curly red hair and his weapon was a 32oz cup filled with salt "helping mommy"

I had to go through something very similar a few months ago, it was essentially a 16 hour marathon with multiple storage buckets for coral while I scrubed every piece of rock with a brush. In my case it was my sand bed that began leaching nasties back into the tank. The best bart and most rewarding is that the tank looks great and I was able to save everything.
