I need a chiller for 65gal, recommendations?

I need a chiller for my 65 gal. I recently upgraded to MH bulbs and they are keeping the water fairly warm (without chilling, up to 86 degrees). Any recomendations for chillers for a tank this size? I figured on 1/10hp and I'd like one that has the controller built in with the ability to control heaters as well. If anyone has a used one, I've earmarked about $200 for it, possibly a little more depending on if it's fairly new. Otherwise it's off to ebay with me, i just have to figure out which models are good.

JBJ makes the best chillers on the market in my opinion, I have 3 chillers 1 JBJ, 1 drop in I think its an aqua logic, and one prime chiller. I have the prime chiller in my room, its quiet and nice and brings my room temp up to 90 so I pretty much hate it. the aqua logic is kind of loud but I think that has more to do with the way I set it up than anything, the JBJ is fantastic, nice quiet efficient good warrenty ect ect.
