Frogspawn or hammer, can't get a good look at tentacles.

Leaning more towards frogspawn, if it doesn't have color that means it is bleached, put it in a shaded area until it recovers.

I agree its bleached.

as for the specific name, its either frogspawn, hammer, or torch, and it will change how it looks as it gets healthier so people can identify it better for you.

I would say it was a branching hammer.
