i have a 210 gallon tank with a 40 breeder as the sump what is the best way to make baffels? And if i start adding kalk should i stop adding calcium and alkalinity?

Thebest way is to measure how tall, and long you want the baffles. Go to Home Depot or Lowes, they have glass there and they will cut it to you desired measurements. Thats what i did and it has worked uot perfectly. I butted up two panes of glass together per baffle so it would be thick and be stronger. There single glass panes are pretty thin.
