Looking for a stonefish, either species: verrucosa or horrides (I probably mispelled the names, but you get my point).

Any information on where I can get one would be greatly appreciated. Been actively searching for one for over a year now. Been getting a ton of empty promises from various retailers but NO STONEFISH YET!

Thanks,
Garen

I'm pretty sure Old Orchard Aquarium has one, I didn't look today, but last week they had one. Call em up tomarrow, tell them danny sent ya!

Do you have any idea on the price that they put on it? I know Old Towne had a couple a little while back but they were asking $300 a piece. Funny thing is that this only a $25 fish everywhere else. Supply and demand I guess

It was either 49.99(I don't think it was) or it was 149.99, I forget which though.

jeemann99 - Steve only gets in Scorpionfish so far. Unfortunately he labels them as "Stonefish." My friend and I have shown him the difference in the Dr. Burgess' Atlas that he owns, but he still insists on mislabeling these fish (what can ya do, I guess). But Steve does get some cool Scorpionfish in from time to time. I've gotten a couple of Diabolus Scorpions and a Cheekspot Scorpion from him. He's also gotten some Sea Goblins in for a very reasonable price. The problem is probably that his supplier doesn't know the difference between a Scorp and a Stone.

t to the maxx2 - 149.00 wouldn't be too bad, I'll have to check it out.

Pufferpunk - I'll PM Chewal and see what he can do. Couldn't hurt to ask.
