ICA chiller-nanocustoms

Has anyone tried the nanocustoms ICA chiller? Just curious how and how well this hood mounted unit works. It's not very clear, at least to me, how it actually cools the water. Here's the link:

It uses a thermo-electric peltier. When an electric charge is applied to the pad, one side gets cooler and the other side hotter. The cold side faces the aluminum water block and chills it. Water passes through the cold water block. Heat is transfered from the water to the block and then to the air.

Thank you very much for that. How well do you think it would work on an Aquapod 24? Looks like an inexpensive way to cool a little water.
