Ice Cap with hamiltob bulbs?

Does anyone here use Ice Cap electronic ballast with double ended Hamilton bulb? Need feedback.

I read a thread on the icecap forum where a guy was having trouble with those bulbs on an IC ballast. IC posted some pics of the contacts of the bulbs in question...they are very small, and IC said that was the cause of the problem. They posted a pic with a few bulbs lined up for comparison of the contacts.
I think the Phoenix is a much nicer DE bulb IMO, crisp blue.
