Anyone use one of these? If yes do they work and how well?

I use one on an 8.9g freshwater tank that I'm now converting to a nano-reef., and it works well. It gives a temp drawdown of at least 5 deg F (haven't needed more) on that volume.

My tank is topping out at 80F so I only need to drop down a few degree. Good to know thanks.
