Ich 55G reef treatment options?

I have a 55g reef with only 3 fish in it: Long nose butterfly, neon goby, and a percula.

My longnose has had ich now for almost 2 weeks. today it looks pretty bad but he still is behaving normal and eating fine. He had it before (maybe a month and some ago) but it went away

My neon goby looks to have some on him too but hes also eating and behaving normal

Percula looks to be fine

My question is how can I get rid of this? Quarantining isnt really an option because I just dont have the means to do it. What other routes are available?

Realistically, the only options are tank transfer, CP, copper, and hyposalinity (although that is difficult to do properly). Information is available here. Ich comes and goes regularly according to its life cycle, so you will see it again soon.

is it really something I should really worry about? Im not adding anymore fish than I have and I heard that as long as the fish arent stressed and are eating properly its not too big of a deal

Well, you can believe that if you wish . . .
