ich and questions

Hi guys
I just came back from a business trip and discovered my blue and powder black tang,ABT all have white spots....
Also a flame scallop is stuck under a big rock which i cant remove. Could it be dead and it has infected the tank and my tangs with parasites?
My tank is very new about 1 month only ....
I have just added the ich medication but still worried any bros here can help me thanks

When did you add your tangs? Are they eating? Do you have inverts?

1 month old tank.......did it even cycle, did you QT the fish? What ich medication did you add? Do you have corals?
