My blue tang has been struggling with ich for a 2 weeks and finally died this morning. My yellow tang showed signs of ich but looks fine now. I tried to treat with garlic and my cleaner shrimp did his best. Is there a chance my yellow tang will die as well and are my other fish have never showed any sign of ich this whole time.

Hi,
Any fish can die from ich. It depends on how bad the infection is and at what is done to treat it.
There is a good sticky at the top of the forum on specific treatments for ich.
Cleaner shrimp can only do so much like you said, on the fish, the problem is the ich is breeding in your tank and can continue to reinfect the fish.
