There are no medications that treat and cure marine ich regardless of what people say. Once your tank is infected it stays that way especially if continually adding new fish.
The best cure is the put all the fish into a QT and hypo treat resulting in leaving the display tank fallow for at least 8 weeks. Copper in a QT is another possibility but is often very harsh on tangs. Tank transfer method is another way using 2 QT tanks.
Regardless of the method the display tank needs to be left fallow for at least 8 weeks if you want to truly eradicate marine ich.
Look on craigslist for an appropriately sized tank to QT all of your fish. You will need a hang on filter for helping with waste filtration and some large PVC fittings for the fish to hide in. As for cycled vs non-cycled. Some people keep a QT up and running at all times. I simply fill the QT tank with water from the display tank and transfer the fish. If doing hypo based treatment you really have to stay on top of water parameters so I don't really care about any potential cycling.
Just make sure you have proper filtration to help keep waste and food from spiking the parameters. QT unfortunately is not a set it and forget it process but in the long run it is the best thing you can do for your sick fish.
Also if you aren't a member of a reef club already, look on here for one close to you, join. Get to know people and in the future when emergencies pop up others in the group will usually help you out with equipment for short term usage.

Quarantine tank dosed with ionic copper that is tested 2X daily @ 0.3ppm.....chelated copper and cupramine are good....but they still aren't as good as ionic copper.
BTW, Tangs tolerate copper just fine, after all, most times people decide to QT is because their recently purchased Tang just broke out with Crypt.
