Ich on my six line wrasse?

I have a 12 gallon with a clown, wrasse, and scooter blenny. I got the wrasse and blenny two days ago. Tonight I am noticing a single, tiny white speck on the side of the wrasse. Should I panic now or wait it out? If it is ich, at least I don't have any corals that would be susceptible to copper, but the blenny?? Anyways, just checking for comments and advise. Thanks.

Besides the three fish; some live rock, live sand (actually it's just crushed shell mix with bacteria starter) and whats left of my maidens hair. Newish tank, not much in it. It is more or less cycled. Ammonia is still around .35 or so. Nitrates zero and nitrates near zero. Ph close to 8.

The maidens hair death was due to negligence on my part. I am too embarrassed to give details.

.35 ammonia is quite high. You really need to worry about the ammonia first and then wait to see what the one dot is later one. QT is a must if it is in fact ich.

There were two or three white specks on the wrasse last night, but this morning there were none. Thank God. I really wasn't in the mood to go out and buy a 10 QT tank with all the trimmings.

That is part of the ich life cycle though. They will disappear after a few days and will then return a week to two later on and sometimes in greater numbers.
