ICH or not to ICH?

Ok, i have a blue tang which i saw a few spots of ich on him this morning and when i got back from work, it's almost completely gone...none of the other fishes are having any visible spots ..(yet?) can I assume he's fought off the ich?

No, the life cycle of the parasite that causes ich can result in the fish appearing to get better and then getting sick again in cycles. In all likelihood your fish will be exhibiting symptoms again in a few days.
