I have a Coral Beauty Angel that I just got and the other day I noticed little white spots all over it. I didn't put it in a quarantine tank when I got it like I know I should have. But the thing is I will notice a lot of spots but then later I'll look and most of them are gone but then they come back. I'm not sure what to make of it looks like Ich to me. I'm treating it with Ich Attack.

the spots of ich are the cysts that attach to the fish, they then rupture/break/fall off and become free swimming larvae, it's only while they're free swimming that you can kill them
that's why sometimes it will seem like the white spots will come and go in frequency
