I have a bad feeling about this. Looks all too familiar to me. It's probably velvet with secondary ick. All the sprinkles like salt is the sign. I've been able to maintain ick with tangs for years but when velvet sets in 5 hen they are less like to fight off the ick and it looks like that. Are those fishes in quarantine or did you add anything new to your tank? I'd treat with copper asap if you haven't already. Powders are northorous for velvet...I have a powder in qt and they do well with cooper treatment if done right.
Looks like cryptocaryon. Hyposalinity is my preferred method of treatment but it doesn't kill velvet. Use copper if you are unsure. It will kill both parasites. Major issue with treating tangs with copper is some (if not many) of them start to develop lateral line disease shortly after copper treatment is implemented. Good luck!
