Ich Sick tank

I have a PBT out of the display and in a QT. It has ICH. The display has a specific gravity about 1.025, the QT tank is at about 1.015. Is this about right for QT? How many days under these conditions before I see improvement?

You need to drop your salinity further. Shoot for an actual salinity of 14 ppt. You're giving a specific gravity and this should be 1.009.
What are you using to measure salinity?
You could see results in about a week, but leave the fish in hyposalinity for at least three weeks after all symptoms have disappeared.
Were there other fish in the display that were exposed? All of them should be treated or you run the risk of reinfecting the tang once it's placed back in the main tank.

I am using a refractometer to measure the salinity. I zeroed it with distilled water.

There were other fish exposed but I do not have enough QT space to get them all in it.
