Ich vs. Amyloodinium

I have a Eibl's Angel, about 3-4 in. in size, that arrived after being shipped with obvious Ich. He went straight into the QT and I started treatment with Kent RxP Parasite Treatment (5 ml/12 gal. every other day for 7 treatments). The visible Ich cleared almost immediately and then returned a few days later. I continued treatment and it cleared again. I have finished 5 treatments (doses). Tonight I came home and he is covered in spots that seem less well defined that the Ich did. Is this an outbreak of more resistant Ich, or could this be a beakout of Amyloodinium from his weakened state.
