my fish have ich in my 12g nano, blue tang and two clowns.. i cant treat the tank because corals and inverts....already have clean shrimp and wrasse any suggestions?

For one, why do you have a fish that will grow to be over 1' in length in a 12 gallon tank?? If the ich doesn't kill this fish, stress will!!
Info on ich is everywhere...Proven cures are copper and Hyposalinity- neither can be preformed in the main. You need to buy a quarantine tank and leave your main tank fallow for at least 6 weeks..
Since you don't have any biological filtration ready, you will need to do VERY LARGE daily water changes on the qt...the water you use initially can come from your main but after that. it should be new water. I have heard of people using sand in filter bags for their bio-filtration
Do some reading...and please contact your local Reefing club and find that poor Hippo tang a new home, he needs a 6' long tank. Keeping him in a NANO is CRUEL!!
