Ich?

Yesterday, I noticed a few white spots on both of my clownfish. Today, there are more white spots on the smaller of the two clowns. I am almost positive it is ich but I can't get a pic because he keeps mving and the spots are really small. I have 6 fish and no corals. Should I treat the tank with medicine? Only the two clownfish have the spots and nothing else. What should I do?

I decided to qt the two clowns. Now what is recommended? Please help.

You should treat all the fish. Usually, if one fish has ich, the others will get it as well, even if they don't show symptoms of ich.
