My tang has ich does it mean my other fish will get it?

You must remove this fish and any other fish from the infected tank and begin hyposalinity or copper treatment in a quarantine tank.

Tough to catch a tang in a 135 full of LR, time to get a few cleaner wrasses and cleaner shrimps before it gets out of hand. Also dose your food with garlic if you're not already doing so. Hopefully you've got a UV sterilizer to keep ich from falling into the rockwork. If you don't, it's something you may want to consider.
