Ick and a Cloudy Eye. What to do???

I recently introduced a yellow tang and a flame angel into my 85 gallon reef tank. All of a sudden the yellow tang has white spots all over him that appears to be ick and the flame angel has a bulging cloudy eye. What do I do? I did some reading and went to the local pet store, very lacking on knowledge. I did however come away with Cupramine by Seachem. Will this treat both of my problems? What else can I do?

I don't have a hospital tank to move these fish to, is it OK to treat them in my main tank? I have turned off both my UV sterilizer and removed the carbon cartridges from my filter.

Any additional information would be greatfully appreciated.
