Ick Exposure

Greetings: I just bought a beautiful (medium) butterfly fish two days ago. Upon closer inspection, I see that it has a mild case of ick. I've placed the fish in another tank, but I was wondering how much I have compromised my (30 gallon) tank. I have two clowns and two yellowtail damals, all very happy & healthy, for now, and 2 skunk skrimp, plus 4 hermit crabs, and 3 pairs of various snails. The tank was set up at the end of May 08 (live rock, too). What are the chances, if any, that the other fish will get ick. The butterfly fish was in the tank with the other fish for about 48 hours. Any thoughts? Thanks
