Icy or lymphocystis

As the title says is it itch or lymphocystis? Got him on Thursday thought I would be ok without qt as I let a friend borrow my qt looked ok in the shop got him in the tank then realised that night he had a white spot on his pectoral fin he's been eating fine swimming around the tank looks pretty happy, not been rubbing the rocks or anything so hoping its not ich but what do yous think

In my experience, marine ich, caused by Cryptocaryon irritans, does not look cottony. Ich looks like smaller, smoother dots or crystals.
This looks like lymphocystis.
