Looks like some sort of macroalgae. Try posting these pictures in the Marine Plants & Macroalgae forum. Somebody should be able to help you out.

Looks like Codium algae to me.

I don't think it's Codium. It's a macro algae, but it looks more like a Caulerpa variant that has been light starved.

Definitely codium that doesn't look very well
