ID: don't know what type of algae this is

I've had only my actinic lights on and the bubbles haven't been as bad but if I run actinic and whites it has this brown color and there is so many tiny bubbles all over my rock and sandbed. I just took some pics of it today so it doesn't have all the bubbles in it and it looks green. I'm about 12 minutes late but happy thanksgiving all.

Hard to tell from the pics but there is a list of the main types of algaes we get in our tanks you can look through.

Well lights have been running for a while and I haven't noticed any bubbles maybe my chemi pure blue started working who knows. If it does start happening again I will be sure to share it.

Green dinoflagellates is my guess
