Long Tentacle Anemone (macrodactyla doreensis). Looks to be in a bad way, it's bleached and unattached, i'm guessing most likely unattached because they need 4~6 inch of sand to burrow their foot into.
i saw one and have one similar to that. it does look a little bleached but i know they are lightr in color and camera can make it look lighter. If its new in tank it should get some of colors back if all is well in tank and correct lighting.
