ID Help: Ich or something else on flame angel

I'm hoping to get some input on these spots on my flame angel (two on one side of face, one on other side). At first I thought they were ich, but they stick out like splinters.

FYI - This is a new tank, cycle completed >1 month ago. Nitrates/nitrites/ammonia all zero, salinity: 1.024, alkalinity: 9.20 dkH, pH 8.1, Ca: 350, Mg: 1140, temp: 77.2 F.

The fish was purchased 1 week ago at LFS straight from wholesaler (still in bag); I had to acclimate for salinity...fish came in water that was 1.010. Fish is eating well; mix of frozen mysis and brine shrimp and spirulina; also nipping at algae on rocks. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Note two white spots on left side (facing fish) and one white spot on right side sticking out.

Looks like Lymphocystis to me. Although it usually starts on the fins. Would you say it's a cauliflower-like growth?

I don't see any spots/bumps on any of the fins. Looking closely at the bumps, the ones on the left side of the face appear like pimples with some white matter beneath the skin that is being squeezed out. The extruded bits are too small for me to tell if they look like cauliflower.

Staring at the fish, I observed what appeared to be it letting a green chromis groom it. Livestock in tank are the chromis, the angel, and a CUC; should I possibly add a cleaner shrimp?

I'm thinking it may be a parasite of some sort; this morning the spot on the right side of the face was gone (as if it were a subcutaneous worm that had worked its way out) while the ones on the left side look the same. Any thoughts on what I could be dealing with?

I had something very similar on a Coral Beauty that I bought about a year ago. I never fully confirmed what it was, but they seemed to disappear and not return after I used PraziPro on the fish. I did 2 of the 5-day treatments.
