ID help please! maybe sponge or tunicate?

Hello,

Is anyone able to identify this white/clear sponge or tunicate-like invert? Both examples are about 2-3 inches across and about an inch tall. They seem to be slow growing and not causing any problems, but it would be great to know what they are. Thanks!

They look like harmless sponges to me.

Random sponge things. The worst they'll do is maybe start crowding corals a little bit. If they do, you can just reach in and pull them off the rock.

They won't spread to full light areas. Very cool looking
