ID help please

Can someon please help ID the wound on my fox face and how to treat it? The spot I’m concerned about is just below his black square. Looks like a gouge and the edges are black. Best pic I could get rite now

+1 Could also be a coral sting, especially if the fish sleeps within range of LPS sweepers or too close to zoas.
