Can someone please ID this? is it a pest? good/bad?
these (in green), just appeared *everywhere* a week ago, they're semi-translucent and appear to move like they have legs, i think is see antennae also... they're like 1/2 the size of a grain of rice
and today i notice these guys in red, they're a little bigger (still smaller than a grain of rice but bigger than the translucent guys) but move as though they are slugs/worms? I don't know if they're adults and the guys in green are the juvenile form? or if i just have two separate pests?

The tank is a 40g Breeder established just short of 4 months ago.
